UBM Campus, Alam Sutera

Starting April 2018, the project delivered facilities for the UBM office and campus on 900 square meters of space in Alfa Tower, Alam Sutera, 2nd and 5th floors, before the new study term began in August 2018. The 2nd floor has an 8 meter slab height, which needed special treatment for the partition structure.

In the same year, UBM entrusted us with additional works: 1,500 square meters on the 6th floor, and 300 square meters to build a restaurant and kitchen lab on the 3rd floor open roof, including civil construction works.
